Common Signs of Roof Damage
If you are seeing missing shingles or signs of a roof leak, get in touch with our expert team ASAP!

Storm Damage Checklist
- Assess your property for storm damage. Walk around the perimeter of the property and photograph or take note of any damage. Obvious signs of damage include missing roof shingles or tiles, as well as damage to roof vents, gutters or window well covers from hail.
- Though your shingles may appear undamaged, hail impacting a roof can cause extensive damage that leads to more serious problems if left undetected. It takes a trained professional to make this assessment.
- Look for leaks and water spots in your attic and ceilings. Even though your roof may appear undamaged from the outside, wind and hail may have caused leaks that can lead to problems later.
- Call a contractor that you can trust. After a storm, it is important to have your home or business assessed by a trained professional at Allphase Construction. We provide photo and/or video documentation of the damages and a report of our findings along with a recommended course of action.
- Call your insurance provider to file your claim. Refer to your notes and the report we provide you to get the claim started. An adjuster will be assigned to your claim and arrange an onsite inspection of the damages. Notify your Allphase Roofing and Construction representative of the date and time of the appointment so we can be present.
